13:30 Lunch stop. I have been coming to this pub for over twenty years and it has changed little over that time. Steady trade today. A previous landlord used to have rubber spiders on strings that he would lower onto unsuspecting customers tables. My children loved it.

Lovely rural pub tucked away in deepest Suffolk. Exterior walls are have pargetting. The building has been a shop and slaughterhouse in the past. The main bar is very simply furnished and has a timeless quality.
