13:15 We came here as the What Pub description read well. A worthwhile lead. Probably as an intact inter-war pub as you will find in South London. The disposal by the brewery in the 1990s has saved it from the changes wrought almost everywhere else. Made very welcome and allowed to take photographs. No real ale, but the Guinness was OK.

About the Feeleys Free House

The pub sign. Feeleys Free House, South Lambeth, Greater London

The pub is found in South Lambeth, Greater London, SW8 2RF.

Inter-war new build to serve the contemporaneous housing estates. Formerly the Prince of Wales it was sold by Young's in 1993 and thus escaped their "Tour of Destruction" of pub interiors. Still retains three separate rooms each served from a central bar. The bar back appears to be almost as built apart from the addition of a cold shelf for bottles. Also of note is the electric bottle lift for bringing up full bottles and returning empty bottles to the cellar for return to the brewery.

We have visited this pub once, seen 0 different beers and tried them all.
