I only came here as Mr Pirrip suggested it was one of three Canterbury venues I had not completed in my quest to "do Canterbury" - I wish I hadn't! My take was that it wasn't a real pub. It isn't and I only enter it to warn people off. Sorry Andrew if this becomes only the second place to ask to be taken off P&B - but it was dire - I thought I might feel out of place in my cycling gear - I did, I felt overdressed!
