20:00 Dallying in pubs had made us late for dinner in Shrewsbury so we stopped here. Expected a standard carvery and real ale if I was lucky. Pleasantly surprised, two cask beers, an extensive menu and excellent food. Few drinkers at the bar but most customers were diners.
