Pub number four of a tour of pubs in Merseyside, Cheshire and Shropshire. I would have liked to stay longer but our tight schedule did not allow it. There were two house beers available brewed by Conwy, these were Woodward & Falconer Piffle, and Balderdash.

The pub is found in Parkgate, Cheshire, CH64 6RN.

This pub has magnificent views over the estuary of the River Dee and is naturally very popular with diners. Parkgate is a former seaside village that is no longer by the sea as the estuary has withdrawn over the years.

We have visited this pub once, seen 4 different beers and tried 1 of them.
