Mid-evening visit. Very hot inside this pub and hottest next to the open plan kitchen at the back. We sat just inside the open doorway at the very front.

The pub is found in Newport, Gwent, NP20 1JD.

Formerly Georgian House, an attractive town centre pub in Stow Hill which gives the appearance of being ancient but in fact was only established in 1995 when converted from restaurant to pub use. Occupies two formerly separate buildings, giving the slightly uneven floor plan. Various seating options, plus a garden to the rear.

We have visited this pub twice, seen 10 different beers and tried 4 of them.
