Busy but not a pub that I would rush back to.

Unexpectedly busy in the mid-evening, although everybody looked to me as if they were here because of the relatively cheap prices rather than for any other reason. The barmaid who served me gave the distinct impression she would rather have been elsewhere and the staff were either oblivious to, or cared not about, the succession of beggars coming around the tables.

The pub is found in Stratford, Greater London, E15 1NG.

A rather bland chain pub on Stratford Broadway. Opened in 2001 as the Goose on the Broadway. The name has since been abbreviated, probably in 2010 when the chain was acquired by the Stonegate group. A large, plain, rectangular space formerly a retail unit.

We have visited this pub twice, seen 4 different beers and tried 2 of them.
