We came in and I got dazzled by the light, panicked, missed the bitters altogether and got a half of Carlsberg. Interesting, well lit, establishment.

Lunchtime - en route to the bouncing barrel when I was taken by the rather grand architecture of this town centre corner house. Only a couple of others in, friendly welcome. Three pump clips - all Mastebrew - but two different designs! Looks to be very football orientated but a proper drinkers/gamers pub with a smart pool and darts area.

Only 1 other person in when I visited. The landlord seemed quite friendly. The bar ran along the back wall and there was a pool table at one end and a TV on each end wall.
