Were supposed to be in our way to the 2-tone museum, however, a sudden downpour scuppered those plans and we instead ran here to take cover. Had only just opened so we had the place to ourselves, we sat and watched as a brew was under way.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Twisted Barrel - Naido5.00ExcellentNE Pale. Delicious; dank and fruity.
Twisted Barrel - Beast of a Midlands Mild3.80GoodGood, flavourful mild. Got a bit chewy toward the end so maybe it’s been on a while.

I was lucky enough to find this brewery bar open on a Sunday to coincide with a mass-participation cycling event which was passing their front door. I could have done with a bit more time to enjoy the beer range, with about ten of their own brews plus a couple of guests available – all on key-keg dispense. An excellent place.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Twisted Barrel - Call of Korriban5.60ExcellentA Black IPA. You just can’t beat Black IPAs.
Twisted Barrel - The Morgul Path4.80ExcellentA US-style, hoppy Red Ale. Good and hoppy and solid and almost dark brown in colour.

The pub is found in Coventry, West Midlands, CV1 5ED.

Twisted Barrel is a micro-brewery established in 2015. Initially it was the smallest active brewery in the UK, brewing on a 60 litre plant. Development was rapid and 2015 saw the brewery relocate to a unit in the Fargo Village development just off the city centre. A Taphouse is open within the brewery on Fridays and Saturdays.

We have visited this pub 3 times, seen 5 different beers and tried them all.
