Walked down the street looking for this - seems like a Wetherspoons has sprung up nearby (the Four Candles). Found a note online to say that THIS PUB CLOSED IN FEBRUARY 2019 as it couldn’t make a profit.

Up to Oxford for a bike fitting! Found this by chance and popped in for lunch. 3 ales and 15 craft beers listed on the blackboards. Very good 2-course lunch for just a tenner each. Knowledgeable staff. (Only the ales listed).
