Visits Details

14 Apr 2017 (Stephen Harris)
A great first visit to one of my favourite breweries. The premises are much larger than I was expecting and it was initially quite busy, although by closing time we were almost the last customers.
BeerABVScoreNotes
Magic Rock - Hat-Trick3.60ExcellentMagic Rock’s ‘Traditional Bitter’, the flavours boosted by the use of fairly untraditional Citra and Eureka hops. A great beer to start on.
Magic Rock - Fantasma6.50ExcellentFrom key-keg. Sweetish, smooth malts. Resinous bitter hops.
Magic Rock - Demonali7.20ExcellentFrom key-keg. A very unusual IPA, brewed with Denali and Lemon Drop hops (both new ones on me) and having a bit of a lemony/grapefruity boiled sweet taste. I loved it.
