Mid evening visit, at first saw the exciting little local beer range then told before ordering that the place was closing early due to lack of trade giving 15 minutes to drink up. No pre-warning on Facebook nor Twitter and the staff did not even know they had such SM accounts to pre-warn. I noted that shortly afterwards 6 other potential customers arrived and looked crestfallen when turned away. Not the way to run a business at a major transport hub.

Last stop before the train home to Liverpool Street. Pub busy with people who have a similar plan.

Three Blind Mice - Hazel Weiss 5.00ExcellentThe whole idea of a cask-conditioned hazelnut-flavoured Weizen sounds crackers. But it certainly worked for me – very nice.
Nene Valley - Manhattan Project4.00GoodHazy gold. Some great hop flavours, but a little light of body.
