From 12:00 opening for most of the afternoon with a group of friends for a pre-booked drink in the upstairs bar. The food menu here is limited to toasted sandwiches which was absolutely ideal for our needs this afternoon.

Mid afternoon visit and a good time to visit as it is very quiet at this time of day. I had the bar to myself. No doubt it would have been heaving a couple of hours later.

Evening visit and busy with both the ground floor and upstairs bar in use. Mostly, if not all, wet sales in here tonight but just the one cask beer available as apparently demand drops off in the summer months.

Thursday afternoon at the height of the evening rush, naturally this pub was busy but a good number of people were drinking outside so I managed to find a spare stool and sat by the window whilst I drank my pint.
