A good stop for a pleasant lunch. The roaring log fire was picturesque, but not exactly necessary in mid-June.

The pub is found in Hever, Kent, TN8 7NH.

A substantial, multi-roomed, country pub in Hever Road. Established in 1597, and rebuilt in its present form in the mid-seventeenth century. Has also traded as the Boleyn Arms. Rear garden. Conveniently adjacent to the car park for Hever Castle. There are five handpumps on the bar. No longer Shepherd Neame by spring 2023 - not sure when from though.

We have visited this pub once, seen 3 different beers and tried 1 of them.
