Lunchtime visit and a really good boozer. The pub has its own branded over size lined glasses, something that I was impressed with. We enjoyed a Bubble & Squeak Pastie with our beers and chatted with a chap who was wearing his late father's best flat cap made of Derby Tweed. Other beers as already listed by Magnus.

Early afternoon and fairly quiet in this superb unspoilt pub with two separate rooms either side of the bar area with a crackling smoky coal fire to add to the ambience. Friendly welcome and good beer range with over sized lines glasses to sup one's pint.
