Walked over 4 miles to get to Bakewell but mistimed it and got here at 11am. This was the only pub open at 1145 so we had a swift drink before our walk back to Chatsworth. Good feel to it despite the early hour with half a dozen or so other customers, cheery staff and a bit of low volume Xmas music. Shame that they had no local ales.
