Very quiet. 20th century cask choice.
Cromarty - Whiteout3.80ExcellentMurky as hell but packed full of hoppy freshness. Makes the Duke seem even more heavy handed.
Swannay (formerly Highland) - The Duke IPA5.20PoorAsked for something light and hoppy and was offered this. Too late I spotted Whiteout on the keg lines. English style IPA. Not so fresh.

Five Points - Five Points Pale4.40AcceptableNormally excellent this was unbalanced. Overly bitter and lacking hop freshness.

Buzz of conversation. No music or TV. Bar staff neither knew nor cared if a beer was keg or key keg.
Wylam - Remain in the Light5.00ExcellentClassic New World IPA. Drinks stronger than abv. A clever trick. Note: this is Remain in Light (no 'the').
