My first visit here, we sat by the window in the front bar and watched the world go by. A good chat with the chap behind the bar who said he was looking forward to attending the White Cliffs Beer Festival on Friday. I have not listed all the beers that were on.

Evening until 10.30pm close. My first visit, can see no reason why not a Micropub but the row of fizz taps is a worrying trend, they are in an increasing number of Micropubs, a concept which originally were cask only ale houses. Ambience may be work in progress but felt rather clinical.

The pub is found in Faversham, Kent, ME13 8PE.

A two roomed pub, in the style of a micropub, created from a glazing shop conversion in Preston Street which opened on 1st December 2016. Real ales, ciders and keg beers are sold from the bar counter in the bare boarded front room through a line of wall taps. More comfortably appointed rear room up three steps. Inevitably majors on selling products from the owning Whitstable Brewery. Closed autumn 2020 for refurbishment and re-naming. Reopened August 2021 with a re-launch and initial expectations are of it being expensive and possibly keg beer oriented and initially reported as selling no cask beer now. 2 handpumps were eventually brought into use in late 2022 to rectify this.

We have visited this pub 22 times, seen 59 different beers and tried 20 of them.
