Hogan Sampling		17 Jan 2025	Good head and lacing on this pale from Ashby-de-la-Zouch, south of Derby, for my second night of tasting. A very dry first hit. A slight fruitiness in the mouthfeel. A dry bitterness lingering.

Hogan Sampling		17 Sep 2024	Not as good as when fresh on, on Sunday evening but still very good carbonation. Hoppy and fruity flavours with a moreish bitterness in the aftertaste.
