Stephen Harris | 20 May 2014 | On keg dispense. A very complex, golden, cloudy beer. Brett sourness and woody dryness dominate. Even better than last time I tried it – probably worth 5 stars really. |

Stephen Harris | 24 Apr 2014 | On keg dispense. Nothing like any Belgian Pale Ale I’ve ever tasted. This because of the barrel-aging in a white wine cask and the addition of brettanomyces. This gives a pale, cloudy beer with a dry, woody, winey taste and a pleasant sourness. Complex. |
