Brian | 17 Dec 2010 | Stunning! A seasonal take on Bitter and Twisted I imagine but really superb. Amber colour, good lasting foam head. Huge front of the mouth hit of pear drops and citrus fruit, followed by a well balanced malt finish. There are definitely two separate aspects to this, so the flavours may not always be so intergrated, but this pint was great. |

Ian | 14 Jan 2007 | Copper colour, disappearing head. Just a bit dull on the aroma. Biscuity malt, some toffee, some sharp hop that is a bit sherberty. Not as intense as I would expect a Harviestoun beer to be. Reasonable fullness in mouth, some nuttiness. Dryish finish. |
