Stephen Harris		08 May 2015	Pumped by hand out of a little keg – the brewer looked horrified when I asked if there was any added gas (a bottled version was also available). A highly unusual beer, which is brewed using rose water. It is a heavy black, chocolaty stout with a distinct taste of rose petals. I thought it was lovely. Ground-breaking stuff.
