Ian		27 Jul 2007	Black, lasting beige head. That is an arresting beer. Liquorice stout aroma. Good condition, distinctive spicyness on finish. It's a slightly sour, liquorice stout with a dry spicy finish. No real saltiness. Fine and definitely interesting.
