| Philip Pirrip | ![]() | 16 Dec 2025 | Suffering from several days of cellar cooler failure |
| Hogan Sampling | ![]() | 16 Dec 2025 | 3rd night on for this Peterborough-brewed pale ale since Sunday when brought on very late that evening and still presenting very good head and lacing and lasting. A lightly fruited hoppy first hit. A gentle fruitiness rising aided by its five USA-sourced hops: Sterling, Amarillo, Centennial, Cascade and Chinook. A dry hoppy, citrusy tanginess abseiling in its final stages. |
| Philip Pirrip | Not Tried | 14 Dec 2025 | Came on unadvertised at very end of session - for the cognoscenti only? |
| Hogan Sampling | ![]() | 14 Dec 2025 | Fresh on is this Peterborough-brewed pale and exhibiting a very good head and lacing and lasting well. A dry fruity first hit. A hoppy bitterness rising from its assortment of five USA-sourced hop varieties: Sterling, Amarillo, Centennial, Cascade and Chinook. A dry citrusy note playing out. |

| Hogan Sampling | ![]() | 05 Jun 2025 | Fourth evening on for this Peterborough-based pale and holding good head and lacing to begin with but did not last as well as it did on Tuesday. A hoppy first hit. A hint of citrus-infused hoppiness presenting on the taste buds. A hoppy dryness rising up and lingering. This pale is only 4.0% and yet even with the 30p CAMRA discount applied, it is £4.80 a pint. |
| Philip Pirrip | ![]() | 03 Jun 2025 | A little better than yesterday - not so fresh |
| Hogan Sampling | ![]() | 03 Jun 2025 | Second evening on and served with good head and lacing and lasted throughout. A hoppy first hit. A hint of citrus coming to the fore in the mouthfeel but nothing too severe for this Peterborough-based pale. Not in the least overly fruity and a pleasant hoppiness lingering on the palate in the aftertaste. Somewhat overpriced for a pale at 4.0% and with the 30p CAMRA discount applied, still meaning £4.80 a pint. |
