Hogan Sampling		16 Oct 2025	Third night on and this Bermondsey golden bitter was still achieving good head and lacing and hanging on to it to the end. A dry fruitiness first off. A dry bitterness still rising. Its two English hops, Ernest and Endeavour, lending a dry but fruity hoppiness with pine and dried fig flavourings to boot. A good maltiness veering up before its final descent. Although I deemed it a touch too fruity on Tuesday, by this third evening on I managed to stick with it.

Hogan Sampling		14 Oct 2025	Fresh on and presenting very good head and lacing and hanging onto it to the end on this Bermondsey golden bitter. A dry fruity first bite. A dry bitterness shining through its fruited veneer. A dry but fruity hoppiness from its two English hops, Ernest and Endeavour. A touch of maltiness rising and mixed in with hints of pine and dried figs drifting downwards in its final descent. A touch too fruity for me and it was perhaps just a tad too fresh as just launched this evening.
Hogan Sampling		09 Aug 2025	Good head and lacing and lasting throughout on this Bermondsey-brewed golden-coloured bitter and on its first day on. A fruit-infused first bite. A gentle hoppy bitterness rising ably assisted by its two English hops, Ernest and Endeavour. A biscuity maltiness also veering up. Aided by a touch of dried fig and pine, a dry fruity bitterness lasting.

Hogan Sampling		31 Jul 2025	Third night on for this golden-coloured Bermondsey bitter. Head and lacing, still good, lasting, fair. A fruit-infused bitter first bite. A mildly fruity hoppiness, aided by its mix of Ernest and Endeavour, and with a hint of a dried fig or two rising. A dry hoppy bitterness lasting with the odd biscuity malty note playing out.

Hogan Sampling		29 Jul 2025	Fresh on this evening and in fine form was this Bermondsey light-coloured bitter. Head and lacing, very good, and lasting to the bottom of the glass, good. A hoppy fruit-infused first bite. A moderately fruity bitterness rising aided by a hint of dried figs. A hoppiness getting in on the act care of the English hops, Ernest and Endeavour. A malty biscuity touch in its fruit-infused dry hoppiness lingering. Very moreish and so stuck to it.
