Charles | 05 Jul 2009 | Tasted ok. Quite hoppy but overly creamy head. WOndering what they put in to make it like this always puts me off my pint. | |
Charles | 26 Feb 2006 | Notes say this is flavoursome but mine was at best "thin" - maybe I was just having a bad day. This is organic but I'm sure they must put something in it to make such a creamy head. I was driving so only had one pint but as I was disappointed with the beer I didn't mind. I've tried their beer in the past and remember it being much tastier than this. |

Ian | 27 Jan 2008 | Gold with thin white head. I've had this in the Way Lade Inn, just outside of Callander and remembering I liked it. This is a caramel/toffee light bitter, with very light hop presence. It's a dullish, caramel bitter with very light hop finishing bite. Not really to my taste. |
