Hogan Sampling		31 Jan 2026	2nd beer of this visit: Very good head and lacing and staying the course on this session pale ale from this Canterbury microbrewery, founded in 2020, with prominent tropical fruit and citrus flavours and a sour touch on its first hit. Hazy in appearance but not too overly fruited despite its peach and mango for my taste buds. A very fruity hoppiness climbing up aided by its Citra and Mosaic hops before a lingering dry and somewhat bitter fruitiness, tinged with a biscuity maltiness, in its finish sailing out.
