Hogan Sampling		25 Oct 2025	Also tried this one on my visit two weeks earlier. Just as good. Very good head and lacing and completely lasting on this nanobrewery's bitter using Target hops. A dry maltiness combined with its bitterness rising. A hoppiness joining in and a bitter maltiness prevailing before its sliding downwards.
Hogan Sampling		11 Oct 2025	Very good head and lacing and almost lasting on this nanobrewery's bitter using Target hops. A dry malty bitterness veering up. A hoppy note or two joining in and a bitter malt flavour playing out.
Hogan Sampling		20 Sep 2025	Very good head and lacing and lasting on this traditional bitter also from the Four Candles' nano-brewery. A very malty bittered first bite. A moreish bitterness veering up with a good dose of maltiness, complete with a biscuity caramel-infused malt flavouring playing out.
Hogan Sampling		19 Apr 2025	Came with very good head and lacing and lasted throughout. A dry bitter first hit. A hoppy fruitiness coming to the fore and a moreishly dry bitterness lasting.
