Hogan Sampling		11 Jan 2025	Good head and lacing on this ESB from Northfleet, just up the road, and a collaboration with Tap East in London's Stratford. A very spicy first hit. Superbly bitter and a fruity mouthfeel with honey notes and the odd blackberry not escaping the flavouring. Not in the least sweet with a pleasant dryness lingering.

Hogan Sampling		04 Jan 2025	A collaboration with Tap East based in Westfield Shopping Centre in Stratford, East London. Good head and lacing on this ESB. A first hit of spice. A touch of honey in the mouthfeel and the odd blackberry. A very moreishly dry aftertaste.
Hogan Sampling		14 Dec 2024	Good head on this ESB and lacing throughout. A first hit of bitterness and maltiness with a pleasantly dry lingering aftertaste.
