Hogan Sampling		18 Apr 2025	Very good head and lacing and lasting on this Peterborough IPA and so reflecting its first night on and as you would expect. A very hoppy first hit. A citrusy fruit-infused hoppy mouthfeel with the odd tropical fruit waiting to jump out at you and living on into the aftertaste.

Hogan Sampling		25 Feb 2025	Second night on for this Peterborough cask-aged IPA. A hoppy first hit followed by a dry hoppy mouthfeel. It had a slight kick to it and no doubt from its riot of citrus and tropical fruit flavours. A half sufficed.
