Hogan Sampling		24 May 2025	Never tried a Black Iris brew before and based in Nottingham and set up in 2011. A delight to try two new ones on this visit therefore. This extra special bitter came with very good head and lacing and lasting. A dry bitter first hit. A caramel-infused bitterness on the first hit. Chocolatey notes came to the fore along with a spiciness from its UK Progress hops. A pleasantly dry bitter fruity finish.
