| Hogan Sampling | ![]() | 25 Oct 2025 | Had also tried this two weeks earlier and still as good but obviously not from the same cask. Although a nanobrewery in their cellar, they clearly brew more than for one cask at any one time. Very good head and lacing and lasting throughout. A slightly fruited hoppy first bite. A dry hoppiness rising and fruity note or two drifting downwards. |
| Hogan Sampling | ![]() | 11 Oct 2025 | A new one on me from the Four Candles' nanobrewery from down below in the cellar. Very good head and lacing and lasting throughout on this session pale. A fruited hoppy first bite. A hoppy dryness rising with a subtle fruitiness helping it on its onwards voyage downwards. |
