Hogan Sampling		31 Jan 2026	1st beer of this visit: Very good head and lacing and sticking well to the side of the glass on this golden-coloured English pale ale from Brolly Brewing in Horsham. A lightly fruited hoppy first bite. A subtle hop-infused fruitiness rising with a hint of honey and from its Goldings hops and English malt. A dry hoppiness winning over with floral and earthy flavours lingering on its downwards exit. Very refreshing after the walk from the station and so most welcome and moreish.
