Philip PirripGood16 Apr 2026 New cask on today. Good condition but with disappointing blandness
Hogan SamplingGood16 Apr 2026 2nd beer of this visit: Fresh on was this dry-hopped pale ale from its Nottingham-based brewery set up in 1997 and exhibiting very good head and lacing and lasting to the end. A very tropical and citrusy fruited first hit aided by its Citra hops. A tropical fruitiness rising with hints of passion fruit and grapefruit mixed with blueberry and strawberry. A fruited mango flavouring pervading from its Vista hops for its downwards journey. In very good form but somewhat over fruited for me and so just one sufficed.
