Ian | 25 Feb 2006 | Bit soapy. Deep reddy/brown colour, very bright. Lasting beige head. Slightly spicey as you would expect from a Xmas beer. Good graininess in mouth. Finish has spice hop mix. Rich malts throughout. Some rubber. |
12.00% ABV.
This is a sweet beer with a pleasant flavour of hops. Indeed, for Bush de Noel, the brewer uses a traditional process which consists in placing hops flowers in the vats where the beer rests for four to six weeks by which time it will have reached full mat.
