Ian		04 Aug 2006	Aged for 2 years. Hazy gold colour. No head. Sour lemon/cider aroma with faint wood too. Sour in mouth. No carbonation to speak of. Really complex and a little bit musty in the mouth. Sour woody lemon finish. Splendid.
