Ian | 21 Nov 2006 | Which is gold, funnily enough. Disappearing bubbly white head. Citrus hop aroma. Moderately full in mouth, bit of juicy pale malt, quite tangy fruit. Some earthiness, bit of rose petal on aroma and in mouth. Drying finish is pleasant. Fine and quite drinkable and would be nice on a summer's day | |
Andrew | 20 Nov 2006 | First pint out of a new barrel. Bit of rose petal followed quickly by a very grapefruity bitterness and quite a lot of orange peel. A bit too grapefuity for me otherwise nice. |
