Ian | 09 Jun 2007 | Distinctive whiff of simcoe hop. Leafy and a little tinny, but otherwise awesome. Great bitter, flavoursome grapefruit. The flowery hop aroma is wonderful. Needs either more malt to balance or hop blend to take the sharp simcoe edge off. Challenging. |
