Ian | 22 Sep 2007 | Gold colour with lasting off white head which is bubbly. Slight hop aroma. OK in mouth. Some biting citrus hop. Some astringency on end. Yeah, it’s pretty hoppy for a Sheps beer. Fine. Still a bit sweet. But hop on end is good. Decent intense flavours. I think this was another of their news brews tested out on their new micro kit. | |
