Ian | 17 Feb 2009 | Chestnut colour, lasting ivory head. Fresh on, decent malts, lovely, red fruits. OK balancing hop. Quite dry and sparkly. But this is about the red malts. Decent stuff, I like it. Like a proper Amerian red ale/amber ale. A bit like Laurelwood Organic Red, but English. Salty pork chops somewhere here. Bizarre and brilliant. |
