Ian		19 Jun 2009	So many rum beers don’t offer the rum the name promises. This does. Clear, very dark brown colour with a thick lasting dark beige head. Impressed with condition of the beers in this pub, if not the temperature which tends to be too cold, if this visit is anything to go by. Smells like a dark cherry choc liqueur and tastes like one too. Completely bizarre, some coconut, or is that the overpowering perfume from the scary dozen or so middle aged women to my left. Nope it really is a dark cherry dark choc liqueur. Good condition though and it holds it all together really well, even giving a bit of sourness to the cherry on the finish. Utterly bizarre but i want to share this with so many people. Crazy but true beer.
