Ian | 15 Jan 2010 | Good looking copper brown colour with lasting off white head. I love Westerham beers. The yeast is just so distinctive. Good condition, well served. Decent best bitter, with decent yeast, ok malts, bit biscuity especially with this crisp biscuit finish. And then lasting bitterness that lasts in the mouth for ages. Lovely best bitter. Gorgeous, one of the best bitters I’ve had in ages. The yeast, the biscuit the bitter finish. Awesome. |
