16:00 visit. I first visited this pub some 20+ years ago, then it was a very traditional little pub with all the features you would expect I.e little bar, open fire, exposed beams, brasses basic good quality food and above all NO CHILDREN!! Sadly this is now not the case as the pub has gone through a major refit with walls knocked through a large extension to the side and stripped pine bar large wall mounted t.v and god awful piped music, its all very well done and the staff are on the ball dressed in their smart attire but its all to clinical, in fact it bares no resemblance at all to the pub it once was why oh why this is allowed to happen is beyond me. Totally ruined :(
