Mid afternoon visit - taking Canadian relatives around the sights of London. I told them that this was the Prime Minister’s local - but he was probably a bit busy at the moment for a pint. Beautiful interior. Would that the London Pride was still under a fiver Mr Pirrip. Haven’t seen ESB on draught for a while - won’t be trying it again at £7.10.

A narrow corner pub with a bare boarded main ground floor bar with 6 ornate handpumps in 2 banks, each of 3. There is also an upstairs dining room and a downstairs cellar bar. Has a history of use by parliamentarians and has some Prime Ministers' portraits. Recently refurbished and became an Ale & Pie house.
We have visited this pub twice, seen 7 different beers and tried 2 of them.
