Fourth visit of this outing: My first visit to this latest addition to the micropub scene in the Greenwich borough which opened on 27th February 2026 and already a good few of the birthday attendees in situ on my early evening arrival. Prompt, friendly service at the bar and lots of comfortable seating on offer.

| Bexley - Bexley's Own Beer (BOB) | 4.20 | | 1st beer of this visit: Excellent head and lacing presented and lasting throughout on this locally brewed amber pale ale from Manor Road in Erith in the neighbouring borough of Bexley where brewing was set up in 2014. A mildly fruited first bite. A hoppy bitterness rising from its New World hop, Motueka, and the UK-grown Cascade hop introduced into British production in 2002 and originating from the US and a cross between English Fuggles and the Russian Serebrianka variety. Its English Crystal malts lending it a sweet biscuity and toffee-infused flavouring. A dry floral hoppiness and also a sharp fruitiness hitting my taste buds from its red berry-like flavours for me and mixed with a dash of lime, citrus peel and soft pine. A crisp bitterness sailing out. Served on good form with lasting conditioning. |

Served perhaps slightly too chilled to get all its flavours at first. A dry hoppiness rising from being dry-hopped exclusively with New Zealand hop varieties, Rakau and Motueka, imparting stone fruit, apricot, and sharp citrus and lime flavours for me. Its British malted barley aiding its tropical hops to really stand out. A hoppy dryness lingering. Served in fine fettle. |

Evening visit on pub's second day of opening. Good to see 4 cask ales on handpump and some bag-in-box ciders too. Friendly service, seemingly with whole family involved.

A family run shop conversion bar at the very east end of Eltham High Street in a former mobility equipment shop. Opened Friday 27th February 2026. Traditional bar counter in the corner with 4 cask ales on handpumps and a full range of keg beers, spirits and wines. Seating at high tables and stools with several low height tables and a sofa towards the rear.
We have visited this pub twice, seen 6 different beers and tried 4 of them.
