This is a restaurant that just happens to have a couple of handpumps installed although drinkers are made to feel welcome at the unlaid out tables adjacent to the bar. Late afternoon and just a couple of others in.

Premises run by the celebrity chef, Tom Kerridge's, team. The pub combines a butchers serving a wide variety of British meat with a bar offering two real ales. All sausages are burgers are produced on site. Food such as bacon baps, sausage rolls are available for you to enjoy along with your ale. Three TVs show major sporting events but are not intrusive at other times.
