Philip PirripExcellent02 Jun 2023 In fine form - always so well kept here
Philip PirripExcellent31 Dec 2022 Well tilted cask but still as it should be
Philip PirripGood02 Dec 2022 Good session opening ale
Philip PirripGood28 May 2022 Had better examples, not the usual well balanced taste
Philip PirripExcellent24 Feb 2020 Half a mark up from Saturday's. This had that delicious sweetness and floral hoppiness similar to that I recall from its time when brewed at M&B in the early 1980s

Philip PirripExcellent25 Jan 2020 Very downable indeed. IPA moved a lot between breweries in the 70s and 80s but this reminded me of the version I often drank in the 80os

ChrisEExcellent24 Aug 2017 It is so long since I drank Charrington IPA it is impossible to say whether they have replicated its true taste, but then it changed from Mile End to Wolverhampton and finally Faversham breweries before production ceased and I am sure it changed slightly each time. This was a fine ale and I had two of them.
