| HSB |  | 24 Aug 2014 | I am judging the wild yeast version rather the proper one. The beer was superb. Excellent condition and clarity. Dry. Only negative factor was lack of body as full fermentation was under way. It had the characteristics of a geuze. The Silver Fox was sweet in comparison. |
