Dubbel		04 Mar 2009	The merest snifter of whiskey on the nose and in the palate means this beer is not an overly harsh novelty piece. All in all a pretty well balanced ale that I took my time over.

Ian		23 Mar 2007	Copper colour with thick lasting cream head. Smooth caramel, some rounded fruit. Bit buttery maybe. Not sure I can pick up too much whiskey. Some candy sugar I suppose. Some dryness on end.
