These comments are the opinion of the individual reviewer and represent what they thought of the beer on a particular day in a particular pub. If a review is less favourable, it may be because the beer suffered somewhere in the supply chain between them and the brewery.

Martin the MildmanGood03 Nov 2009 Strong golden bitter with good hop bitterness, but not much in the way of malt balance. My score 15/20.

The Archibald Simpson, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire

WhoScoreWhenNotes
McGargleAcceptable28 Oct 2009 Light golden colour and loose white head. Powerful hop aroma and bite balanced by the malt. A little thin for a 5% American style ale. Served a touch green. Could be 4* in a couple of days.
